Fun-fact-Finding von John Gruber: Falls ihr euch je gefragt habt, warum es sich bei den macOS-Apps von Slack, Notion und Claude um aufgeblähte Electron-Apps handelt, anstatt um native, Mac-assed Mac Apps – die ja z.B. auch von Claude gebaut werden könnten –, dann liegt das daran, dass einer der feder­führenden Entwickler in den drei Teams – Felix Rieseberg – zuvor Electron miterfunden hat.

Und tatsächlich hatte ich Rieseberg auch schon hier: Als er, klar, Windows 95 als Electron-App rausgebracht hat.
