Scotty Allen, der im April bereits für Furore sorgte, als er mit in Shenzen eingekauften Bauteilen sein eigenes iPhone baute, hat sich für sein neuestes Video überlegt, sein iPhone 7 wieder mit dem von Apple zugunsten der AirPods wegrationalisierten Kopfhörereingang auszustatten. Das stellt sich als schwieriger heraus, als zunächst gedacht, ist aber auch wieder sehr sehenswert, wenn man auf DIY-Smartphone-Werkeln steht.

Der wahrscheinlich größte Leak in der Historie von Apple. Wenn das alles so kommt und preislich nicht total aus dem Ruder läuft, hätte ich gerne einmal das iPhone X, bitte.
Apple has a major „iPhone X“ redesign planned for 2017, with a glass body and edge-to-edge OLED display that does away with the Home button and perhaps replaces Touch ID with a new facial recognition system. The iPhone X will be sold alongside upgraded (but more traditional) 4.7-inch iPhone 8 and 5.5-inch iPhone 8 Plus models.
