# Yonks v1.4.0 for iOS & Android released

**[Yonks](https://yonks.app/) v1.4.0** was released for [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/yonks/id1382419586) & [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eay.daycounter) today. On Android, it brings several fixes and optimizations for behaviours and views changed with Android 16, which were reported by users in recent weeks (thx @ David, Joseph & Jaqi 🙏). Otherwise, and on iOS, there are under-the-hood preparations for the big, all-changing [v2](https://eay.cc/2026/the-next-version-of-yonks/), which will likely arrive during the course of August.
