# Yonks for Tablets

I’ve spent most of the last few days celebrating [Ariane’s birthday](https://eay.cc/2026/4-2/), first with the family and then with her kindergarten friends, or working on [Views‘ launch](https://eay.cc/2026/introducing-views-by-hypercode/). However, I’ve managed to work on [Yonks](https://yonks.app/) a little in between.

Since I had recently been working on the [support for the outer display of the iPhone Duo](https://eay.cc/2026/yonks-on-iphone-duo/), I naturally had to figure out what would happen when it was opened. The fact that the inner display is dual-sided inspired me to split Yonks into two sections: a list of counters on the left and details of a selected counter on the right. Once I had figured that out, support for the iPad and Android tablets followed easily.

The iCloud sync (oh, did I forget to tell you about that? 🤭), which will allow you to sync your counters from iPhone to iPad and vice versa, is already implemented and working great. 😌

_Yonks 2.0 is coming soon_, here are some previous previews:
