# Bubbles

Seit Tagen verfolge ich mit großem Interesse [Felix](https://wirres.net/)‚ Posts aus dem Maschinen­raum über seine Experimente mit [ATmosphere](https://wirres.net/tag/ATmosphere), [standard.site](https://wirres.net/articles/standard-site) und [heute Markdown](https://wirres.net/articles/markdown-gedons-weils-geht). Vor ein paar Tagen hat er dabei [auf Bubbles aufmerksam gemacht](https://wirres.net/articles/bubbles-und-rivers), einer Art Blog-Aggregator mit Upvote-Funktion, angeknüpft ans Fediverse.

Der Macher [Ben](https://troet.cafe/@viermalbe) aus Mül­heim an der Ruhr erklärt es [in seinem Blogpost „Why I Built Bubbles“](https://dshbx.de/blog/bubbles/entry/2704803e-9d38-4554-bfc3-95837d4f296e) so:

> I’ve been an RSS obsessive for years. Hundreds of feeds, hand-picked one by one. But RSS only shows you sources you already know. New voices don’t find you there.

> What’s been missing: a front page like Hacker News, but exclusively for personal blogs. No tech bros, no AI hype, no trendy startups. Just an endless stream of thoughtful blog posts, curated by real people.

Und das beschreibt ganz schön, was an Bubbles gerade für mich den Reiz ausmacht: Blogs und Blogposts finden, die man in seiner noch so großen Feedreader-Bubble eben nicht gefunden hätte. Aus dem Netz, für das Netz. Englisch- und Deutschsprachig. Mit abonnierbaren Zusammenfassungen. Toll!

Und das hiesige Blog ist erfreulicherweise [auch schon dort vertreten](https://bubbles.town/source/eay.cc) (wo lustigerweise auch eine thematische Klassifizierung mitgeliefert wird: Tech 58% · Kultur 6% · Gaming 6% · Politik 5% · Film & TV 4% · Musik 4% – was es ziemlich gut trifft. 😅)
