We started this project with a simple question: \u201cHow can we make global inequality more tangible?\u201d From that came an idea: an interactive simulation that lets people experience, statistically, where and how they might be born.

Each spin randomly assigns you a country based on the number of births per country. The higher a country\u2019s number of births, the more likely you are to land there. The metrics you see \u2014 life expectancy, income, education and more \u2014 show what life on average looks like for someone born in that place.
