Meine ersten Tests waren \u00fcberaus zufriedenstellend. <del datetime=\"2024-11-01T06:46:18+00:00\">Nur dass die Suche bisher \u00fcber einen Search-Toggle aktiviert werden muss, verwundert noch. Vermutlich aber auch nur eine Frage der Zeit bis das <abbr title=\"Large Language Model\">LLM</abbr> selbst entscheidet, ob es gen\u00fcgend Informationen hat oder eine Web-Suche t\u00e4tigen m\u00f6chte.</del> Siehe Update unten, ist bereits so.</p>\n<p>Das ChatGPT-nutzende Bing macht das nat\u00fcrlich schon ewig, aber die Suchfunktion nun auch im extrem popul\u00e4ren chatgpt.com unterzubringen, d\u00fcrfte vermutlich den ein oder anderen <a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_View,_California\">in Mountain View</a> beunruhigen.</p>\n<p><strong>Update, 01.11.:</strong> Ha, der Toggle ist optional. ChatGPT entscheidet bereits auf Basis des Prompts, ob es aktuelle Infos aus dem Web braucht, wie Casey Newton von <a href=\"https://www.platformer.news/\">Platformer</a> (mich) <a href=\"https://bsky.app/profile/caseynewton.bsky.social/post/3l7tv4xc4g62x\">heute aufkl\u00e4rt</a>:</p>\n<blockquote><p>This is why you don&#8217;t even have to tell ChatGPT to search the web, if you don&#8217;t want to: the bot will consider whether it should check web results whenever you make a query, and if it decides it needs real-time information, it will search the web accordingly.
