            "content_html": "<p><a href=\"https://apps.apple.com/de/app/kontakt-tagebuch/id1535797892\" title=\"Kontakt-Tagebuch als kostenlose iOS-App\">Link \u2192</a></p><p>Ich habe <a href=\"https://yonks.app/\">Yonks</a> hier schon das ein oder andere Mal <a href=\"https://eay.cc/2020/yonks-als-corona-kontakttagebuch-app/\">als M\u00f6glichkeit angef\u00fchrt</a>, um ein eigenes kleines Kontakttagebuch zu f\u00fchren, wie es von Christian Drosten &amp; Co. schon seit l\u00e4ngerem empfohlen wird und dieser Tage nochmal wichtiger wird.<a href=\"https://eay.cc/2020/kontakt-tagebuch-als-kostenlose-ios-app/#footnote_0_36794\" id=\"identifier_0_36794\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"F&uuml;r die Historiker und Sch&uuml;ler, die das sp&auml;ter mal im Unterricht durchnehmen: Aktuell liegt die Inzidenzzahl im Rhein-Erft-Kreis, in dem sich mein Home Office befindet, bei 102,0. In K&ouml;ln, wo sich mein Office befindet, sogar bei 177,7. Tendenz hier wie da steigend.\">1</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://apps.apple.com/de/app/kontakt-tagebuch/id1535797892\">Diese</a> kostenlose iOS-App von <a href=\"https://stefantrauth.de/\">Stefan Trauth</a> macht das Ganze aber noch besser, wurde sie doch eigens zum Zweck des Kontakt\u00adnach\u00adverfolgens entwickelt. So werden Dauer, Abst\u00e4nde, Ort (drinnen/drau\u00dfen), das Tragen eines Mund-Nasen-Schutzes und beteiligte Personen abgefragt. Alles direkt exportierbar, sollte der Fall der F\u00e4lle eintreten \u2013 und euer Gesundheitsamt noch nicht \u00fcberlastet sein.</p>\n<p>Klare Empfehlung f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Wochen und Monate. Und \u2013 es ist wieder soweit \u2013 bleibt gesund!
