Verkauft eure Intel-Aktien! Am 22. Juni findet Apples allj\u00e4hrliche Entwicklerkonferenz, die WWDC, statt und Mark Gurman von Bloomberg berichtet, dass dort der bevorstehende Switch von Intel-CPUs zu Apple-eigenen ARM-Chips angek\u00fcndigt wird. <a href=\"https://daringfireball.net/2020/06/on_apple_announcing_the_mac_arm_transition_at_wwdc\">Wie John Gruber schreibt</a>, w\u00e4re das ein wenig \u00fcberraschender Schritt, performen die iPad-Chips mittlerweile doch schon besser als die Intel-Prozessoren in High-End-MacBooks (in Single-Core-Benchmarks). Die Frage ist nur: Erfolgt die Ank\u00fcndigung tats\u00e4chlich jetzt oder sp\u00e4ter?</p>\n<p>Doch so oder so: 2005 als Apple von IBMs PowerPC-Prozessoren zu Intel gewechselt ist, wird sich wiederholen. Wenngleich ich vermute, dass der Wechsel in Anbetracht der gro\u00dfen Verbreitung der Intel-Macs diesmal deutlich schmerzloser und l\u00e4nger abl\u00e4uft, indem lange beide Architekturen bedient werden.
