# Google stellt Google+ ein

2011 als [vielversprechende Alternative](https://eay.cc/2011/googleplus/) zu Facebook gestartet, wurde Google+ schon kurz nach dem Start eine Geisterstadt. Kein Wunder also, dass Google neben Sicherheitslücken auch die geringe Nutzung (90% der Sessions waren kürzer als 5 Sekunden) als Schließungsgrund anführt.
