            "content_html": "<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https://eay.cc/uploads/2007/premiumpreis.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"photo\" /><br />\nIch versteh euch wirklich nicht mehr (und das kann man auch den Kommentaren in <a href=\"/about/lifestream/\">meinem Lifestream</a> entnehmen): Da <a href=\"http://www.fscklog.com/2007/04/drmfreie_emitit.html\">gew\u00e4hren euch Apple und EMI</a> f\u00fcr einen Aufpreis von 30 Cent ein Recht, das eigentlich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sein sollte &#8211; n\u00e4mlich dass ich mit meiner rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig erstandenen Musik machen kann was ich will &#8211; und alle jubeln. Und damit keiner merkt, dass die Sache eigentlich stinkt und keiner meckert gibt&#8217;s eine h\u00f6here Datenrate &#8222;f\u00fcr Genie\u00dfer&#8220;, deren arme Ohren ja schon seit Jahrzehnten von den grausamen CDs verprellt werden, zum DRM-freien Aufpreis dazu. Alles ist gut. Alle sind gl\u00fccklich.</p>\n<p>Diese ganze Geschichte ist einfach nur ein PR-Gag, pure Publicity. Anstatt &#8222;Abzocke: Apple und EMI erh\u00f6hen Preise statt Kundenzufriedenheit&#8220; liest man &#8222;Sensation: Apple und EMI schaffen DRM ab&#8220;. Hallo? Das stimmt ja nicht mal: DRM-verseuchte EMI-Songs gibt&#8217;s weiterhin f\u00fcr 99 Cent. DRM-freie Songs f\u00fcr 99 Cent, das w\u00e4re die Sensation gewesen. So klappt&#8217;s jedenfalls nicht mit dem Aufschwung, prophezeie ich. Und Disclaimer: Ich mag ja sonst auch so ziemlich alles, was auch <a href=\"http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cupertino\">Cupertino</a> kommt, aber diese Aktion ist schlicht <em>Bullshit</em>.</p>\n<p>PS: Glaubt irgendjemand, dass die Preise f\u00fcr DRM-freie Lieder im iTunes Store jemals wieder unter 1,29 Euro fallen werden?
